I brought a S13 digital cluster and HUD projector from the seller, sairaag. After I received and installed the cluster, I found the speedometer and HUD was not working. I also took pictures as a proof that it is not working. I contacted him and he said it was working a year ago before he pulled it out from his car; however, he is willing to resolve the issue. After that, he responded my messages promptly and sometime with a bit delay, but everything eventually worked out and he refunded my money within a week.

Although I was disappointed about the item was broken, but I am glad he is honest and tried hard to resolve the issue with me.

I just picked up a VLSD fromt his guy last saturday. Great price, great diff. I drove upto his place to pick it up, and even though I showed up really early to our meeting point, he came by pretty quick. I installed the diff that night and its awesome! mint price, mint condition... overall great transaction, he's a good seller. I'd def do business again.
