i finally finished my s14 auto to 5speed swap but now i'm getting a rough idle when i start the car. it dies below 1k rpm in neutral

this is after a test drive

i'm running an auto ecu. crankshaft sensor is broken. could it be on my intake somewhere, IACV? could it be because of any of the sensors on the tranny?

It could be vacuum leak.
Check to make sure that you don't hear any air leak when idling.

Try replacing the ECU, check for vacuum leaks, get the CAS fixed, clean the IACV, and then report back.

im not sure but i dont have any sensors connected from the tranny besides the speed and reverse, also i ran with an auto ecu with no problem. i have a s14 with s13 tranny. no problems i dont think it have anything to do with setup you might have hit something during the swap.

it's the Auto ECU. Rev the car a bit once you start it up. That happens because you took out the Automatic Tranny control unit when you put the clutch pedal in.
edit: getting 5spd. ecu would solve that problem :)

i have a 96 manual ecu, i'll put that in and put my new crank position sensor in.
