s14 sr20 sputtering under load

I have a completely stock s14 sr20 and last year it ran good untill I hit a tire and re-did the front end. now it cant rev up under much load or throttle. it will just start cutting out. started at 6500 but has gotten worse and worse as time goes on. currently it will do it at 4000 while driving and about 6000 just reving it in place. I does seem to hold boost just fine. also if you advance the timing it will help it studder less so I advance it just to get it around

here is a video of me putting my foot to the floor. ( third time reving I used 25% throttle)

things I have been though already.

pressure check the charge pipes
new and gaped spark plugs ngk coppers heat rang 7 gaped to 30 then later 28
different coil packs
timing
different CAS
checked the timing chain to see if it jumped a tooth
new TPS
new nissan qwest alternator and battery cables
tested MAF
seached for broken grounds. (found some fixed them and no change)
new head temp sensor

there may be more things I have tried that I cant think of right now but I need all the suggestions I can get. Im starting to look in to fuel problems but I dont know where to start first other than the pressure gauge I just ordered. and I cant say for sure if its cutting out due to rich or lean because I dont have a wideband to tell.

Hope you can find a fix for this, I can't think of anything more currently, but what I do think is it is something to do with the fuel system.

I'm willing to bet the fuel pump is on it's way out or your fuel filter is clogged. Change filter and if it doesn't fix it then it's probably the pump. Get the pressure tester on and test it out.
