San Jose, Meet anyone.
Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a meet in the San Jose area. It would be a fun time to meet new people, see old faces, engage in car talk, and go for a drive. If anyone has any suggestions, or interest post up.
Thanks Luke

Garage meet?
Thanks everyone for the replys and invites. Good to hear from ya chica.
anyway. I would for sure be interested in somthing more than just meeting up. Like meeting and driving, meeting and wrenching, or whatever. Feel free to email me if you guys have any ideas. [email protected] I would also be willing to host at my house if we want to do garage meets. Later Luke. and your not my father.

directions
So I found a good meeting area for a meet. There is a new starbucks right off of hwy 17 and hamilton, it is a nice parking lot, and would be a good place to meet. From there we can go for a drive, then back to my house for a bbq. wrenchen, and some drinks.
Im prob thinking of the first weekend of next month if that works for everyone. Let me know. Thanks Luke

I was just at the recent SJ meet at QCUP. I hated it. Bickering with each other and standing around for hours is just not my thing.
We should have a meet at a club, Track, Bars (people that is old enough I guess) or BBQ. Something to do while standing around bickering with one another. |

Last time I did a driving meet, A 240 came flying in the middle of the tree. Ever since then, I haven't had any driving meet.
Last thing I want is to get sued by Mommy and Daddy's for their children crashing. This is why I have track days meet now... Safer. Yeah, yeah, Mt, Touge, Whatever hills is free but wait till you hit a damn tree or a deer. It'll cost more than track days. Those who do mt.runs is cool as long you realize what you really getting into. |

Al,
I was there. That kinda sucked. He was the guy bragging about how his car had excellent brakes and that is was hella balanced. Hey it was going pretty well till then with a pretty good turn out. Hey I've already posted it, but I'm setting up a BBQ at grant ranch. We're gonna meet up at McKee and Toyon, and drive up to Grant Ranch. I'm suppling Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, some chicken, Chips, and Drinks. This is going down on November 1st. If anyone's interested check out my thread http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread....&threadid=37803 I'm gonna be suppling the food so who ever wants a kewl drive, and free food and is free about 2:30 check out the thread. I'll be posting the time later. FREE FOOD ( I know everyone loves free food )
