s13 Sr20det Idle issue and no throttle response

Recently got my sr20det swapped and KINDA running. basically when i start it up it has a weird high pulsing idle and no throttle response. Its kind of a vague explanation but i have a link to a video i took of the engine. Any help in figuring out whats wrong would be awesome! Thanks!

Check MAFS.

The pulsing idle like that is almost universally associated with MAFS issues

Finally was able to start working on the car again. I went ahead and pulled the codes and it comes up with 2.

Code 12 - Air Flow Meter
Code 34 - Knock Sensor

I checked all the voltages going to the MAF.
The black/white stripe wire reads 11.6v almost battery voltage and the brownish with wire fluctuates between .03v and .06v while its running the way it is.
