s13 KA transmission noise

My car just recently started making a strange noise on 08/09/13, i suspect that it is coming from the transmission. It almost sounds like a bad/low fluid power steering pump but i ruled that out by removing the belt for it and noise was still there. noise is there with the clutch engaged and disengaged, but i can hear it more with the clutch disengaged(pedal all the way down), and also the sharp sounding noise heard more towards the end of the video started at the same time also.

half way thru the video i disengage the clutch and reengage it.
couldn't embed video so theres the link to it, thanks in advance.

Throw out bearing or something in the motor. If it was inside the trans it should not happen when you engage the clutch.
