I stopped playing last night when I got to the guy and his crew of fliers after meeting up with big mama and big boss.

I started getting pwnded when I couldnt figure out which flyer was the boss.

octopus boss is rather easy and comes with a nice perk.

gotta start packing for todays move to I won't be playing this for about 3 days

i just beat the game and all i can say is wow... definitely epic. the ending was a WTF moment. this game is worth the investment in a ps3, for me at least, or any fan of the mgs series for that matter.

anyone else beat it? i had to force myself to put the controller down at times, haha.

I had to buy a PS3 Just for this game and all I have to say is This Game is Fucking Amazing.
It seems that it has come a long way since MSG for the PS1, like they actually improved the controls for the best. At first it was hard getting used to, but once you get the hang of it they are pretty comfortable.
And the cut scenes and graphics are so Amazing, it reminds me of the time when I first played Sons of Liberty it has that ahhhhh... Factor.
Any who i was up till 5am playing it for 11Hrs straight, so I'll get back to it.
Well worth Buying if your a Metal Gear Fan

got this game yesterday, i played for a little bit today. the game is pretty fun, the controls are a big improvement. the TV part of the game tripped me out[i was like, "WTF is this shit!?!?!?"]. i'm still playing COD4 for the 360, so i hardly touch the ps3. once i'm done with the prestige i'll be on it for sure.

this game is the shit! i couldn't resist, so i went out and bought a ps3 and MGS4 on saturday, ever since then i played at least 5 hours a day. this game just rocks, keeps you planted in front of the tv for ages!

i love this game, everything, from graphics to little details, the flashbacks are sweet, and also some funny moments every once in a while, and how everything from the prequels ties into this... just awesome...just talking about it, i feel the urge to play right now

this was definately worth buying a PS3.

btw, did anyone try MGO yet?

This game is about 20-25 hours of gameplay... Pretty sweet. The ending was cool. When you begin to see the credits don't turn it off theres still more they gonna show.

chyea! i have and beat the first mgs.. never got 2, didnt finish 3... but 4 is cool because it relates alot to the 1st one i think, like a follow up.

Still has predictable A.I. That whole stupid "we just saw a guy running around, bah screw it lets forget about him and go back to our post" lmao

Im debating what is cooler, Snakes autocamo, or the Crysis suit in Crysis lol

is it me, or there are some times where you get fustrated after not being able to beat a part and you just turn it off??

MGS isnt really a "shoot em up" game, but those times where you need to "shoot your way out" , the controls/engine make it difficult.
