Here you go, decided to get a few parts powdercoated, made some dual 3.5" blast pipes and a exhaust, made some oil filter relocation lines and stuff, tidying up the wiring now, putting in my new black interior, and cleaning stuff up

z31's look soo good when the suspension sits right, i might consider picking one up some day and putting a v8 in it like yourself. cool ride, sounds like a beast and it looks pretty sharp for a bass boat

So after driving the car for a bit and having fun I decided it needed to be faster, so no better way to do this than turbo, aftermarket ems and other corresponding mods. More to come as Im about to build the hotside

Finally got the turbo in place now I just have to start on the hotside. Also decided to cut some more shit out and do a v-mount rad/intercooler setup to make plumbing and such easier

its slowly getting there, dont mind the mig tacs, they were just for easy of mock up, and will get ground down and fully tig welded. Just have to wait on my flex pipe and wastegate parts, also ordered an intercooler core and some aluminum tubing. Should deff start coming together more over the next week

Lately I have been too busy with work, but I will snap some pics of what I have done. I decided to ditch the vmount setup, flipped the radiator around and did a traditional front mount intercooler setup. I will get pics as soon as I can get up to my shop

Thats because the cage is sitting on blocks of wood and not in its final location. With the boxes it will go up about anther 1.5 to 2 inches. They still might be a little lower than a slick top car only because I have to be able to still get my ttops off

I did a little more work on the car, since my setup up front was not working so well and I didnt want everything to be cramped up front I decided to move some stuff out back.
I still have a lot of work to go but its a slow process with how much I work, still waiting my my fuel cell and battery, and I still have to cut and form my new lexan quarter and hatch windows with NACA ducts and other proper ducting. |
