negative updates
well my Lawyer turns out to be a big scum bag or flaker.. he totally dissapeared on me, I mean his office is open, but he never replies to my calls, or messages, and I know he missed my court date..he might eb avoiding me because of that.
I live in Vegas now and showed up 2 times at his office and he happened to not be there...still unsure of what to do about this...
If I had cash I would just hire another lawyer to take over and sue him for malpractice...so for now thats on hold...
as for the ViperS14 build

Intense power in AZ was building it, and I paid them a large amount to get started, half way thru the build Han, the owner stops repsonding to my texts and emails and calls..:/ wtf.??? he had dissapeared for a couple months on two other occasions and then would always get back to me with an update,(IE he was busy for sema or another special event/build) but now it's been 7 months and even after sending various messages to him through his employees, and had a couple cool Zilvia.net members stop by there and relay the message to Han that I needed to get ahold of him, neither him or anyone from Intense has gotten back to me, so now I plan to get the car out of there and bring it back home with me.

the sucky thing is that I dont know the condition of the car as in if it even had hubs on/what state its in etc.. so I risk goign there unanounced and the shop being closed or the car not being towable etc...
last update, the engine was in, tube front was done/cage was almost done and he had ordered the hood and fender flares...


If anyone lives near Intense power in AZ and can try to schedule with them for anyone to call me so i can setup to come by on a weekend to get my car that would be great!!! it's just rediculous that no one will call me /email me/or text me...the info I requested so I can get my shit outta there...

on a positive note, I traded in my dd 335i for a E93 M3..loving it!!

Happy you got the M3, sucks to hear about people flaking out on you. I definitely know how crazy things can get, but that's no way to handle long-term projects.

If I had space/time, I'd say to bring it here dude, but you'd be looking at a Summer 2014 finish time haha.

Thats a crazy story man sorry to hear about your troubles. I actually live about a mile from intense power and have tried to get parts from them probably over ten times not once have they actually came through. I ride my bike by there alot as well and stop by to see if I can get answers or info on products and 9 times out of 10 no one is there. There as well have been times ill be out front of the shop trying to buy parts and I can hear music in the shop but no one will come answer the door to help me. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, I now drive to the next city to buy parts but worth the drive than having to deal with those people. Just my 2cents on them I hope you get everything resolved soon.

Ill definitley keep that in mind, I am mostly worried about putting together a custom drive train setup for it.
I am currently in talks with a shop that I have a good connection with, but if that falls through I will hit you up, I am not in a big hurry anyways. summer is fine.

I have a Zilvia.net buddy looking into it, he's going to stop by this week I believe and also messaging them on their local forums. I also sent a (final notice...to them thru pm on here, about goign public or seeking legal advice about the situation.funny thing on 2 occasions I had almost 10k to thow into the build and ended up using as a downpayment towards my cars since they were MIA...

About your lawyer that disappeared, you should try contacting the state bar association to see if they will help with the malpractice case. Usually the state bar has a low tolerence for lawyers that are behaving inappropriately and usually will act to get the problem taken care of.

Update!!!
Was able to get in touch with Han this week due to SEMA, and he gave me some updates and explanations on what was going on in the shop , something regarding drama with the old fabricator who walked out and having to hire a new temp fabricator. but seems like the new guy jumped in and got some work done. I am meeting Han to chat here in Vegas during SEMA and might keep the car there as long as I feel comfortable after our talk..

Hey bud, next time you have any trouble at the shop, send me a message and I can go down there and see whats up. Its about 6 miles away from me haha. Awesome build though.

A long time ago I was going to do a viper swap as well from a SRT10 Viper but was $1k short for the whole swap ended up getting sold and decided not too after.

Please please please post a video once it is running hahah.

if i were you id get your car out of intense they are hack jobs. i remember seeing yo car there maybe two years ago? almost looks the same.

I still don't know why you didn't go to someone local.
This way you can monitor progress and complain in person.
SoCal has the most concentration of shops.
And I'm sure I can get you a huge discount as a shop sponsored car.

Well the exterior hasnt been touched yet, all the work done was with fitting the new engine..new firewall trans tunenl, most recently the tube front and full cage...

I moved to Vegas, and I bought the car from them, and they had recently build a very similar car to what i wanted and came out rediculously amazing...
been a lont time.. he moved to AZ I moved to Vegas...

Update:
I am at a stand still and dilema.
I hate quitting on anything I start...the car hasn't been worked on in over a year...(and I always hated builds that dragged on for many years and never got done)

I have a much nicer car now, E93 M3, in process of supercharging.
my attention has been diverted to that.But that doesn't mean I dont want the S14.. I still dream of completing it...

The S14 prob need another $15k to finish it completely but I havent been able to come upon lumps of cash to complete at least portions of it.

Engines in, cage and tube front done, just needs drivetrain connected(supra/skyline rear end.../exhaust and manifolds/and interior/exterior work.


I have been back an forth through doubts of selling the engine/chassis together and let someone else finish it..

or selling the engine and parting the chassis.. which will be simpler but I would take a big loss on the chassis going to waiste since its all cut and setup for the V10.

Or just keeping it in storage and not giving up till I have some cash to dump into it. Which could be another year or so.

I have been ignored by intense for another (almost) year now...keep telling me they will give me an updated breakdown of costs to complete my build then disappear for months don't answer calls, don't reply to emails or facebook.
I just want my car ready to be towed, because I am coming out with a trailer in the next few weeks, and need it to be put together. engine in and all parts back on it.

I spoke to a shop SPL that works with them and they said they were told the owner of the car ran out of money to finish the build.
I have tripled my income in the last 2 years, I asked for a few months when I first moved to Vegas due to the costs I accrued, but I have bought a 335i, then upgraded to an M3, and now almost completing a full on build on my M3. So money wasn't the problem.

All I asked is for a break down of cost because I wanted to know exactly how my money was being spent. Originally I threw a large amount of money at it to get it started but I asked for a breakdown so I could pay it part by part as it was being built.
instead of just throwing $10k at it and then waiting for someone to tell me ok we need more money now, I wanted to pay off the labor as it was done, and have a receipt/breakdown of work done and cost for each thing.
I never got that, till today.


I haven't gone all out bashing online, because it's not how I am, I have actually covered for Han and Intense whenever people told me I was crazy or should take my car out of there or it was taking too long..saying things like "I am focused on my other build" or "it's ok, its how Han is, he will eventually get back to me"...

Mostly because Han was such a nice guy when I talked to him, I wanted to see it completed by him and Intense..

I have been patiently waiting for the right moment to take a few days off and go out there and take it home.

Rai, who is working on my M3 is super exited to jump on it and complete it for me.


Please message me if you are around or near Intense, I borrowed a trailer and will do the drive from Vegas to AZ in the next couple weeks. I will be glad to pay gas money to anyone who can go.

I got a response today by their second facebook page person, they said they will get the car ready to return.

I am very relieved, not sure if this update or any of the 8 messages I sent this morning, to everyone I know who worked there or is linked to them made it happen but it worked!
