Custom rail bolted to the floor.

Depending on how big you are, a Sparco Evo 2 or Evo 2 plus is probably a good choice. With either seat, none of the off-the-shelf rails/sliders work since they're too wide.

I've got a memory fab S58 seat with memory fab ultra low rails and I fit pretty good in my skyline with a sunroof. It sits me about 3 or 4 inches lower than stock. FYI I'm 6'2" and my head hit the roof with the stock seat, now I've got a bit of clearance but not enough to use a helmet.

While it sits low and works fine, I've had nothing but trouble dealing with memory fab so I wouldn't suggest buying anything by them. I believe the S58 is a knock off of the recaro SPG seat, and the rails look a lot like the driftworks rails.

In my other skyline I've got a bride Zeta and some bride FG rails and it sits about an inch or so higher than the memory fab set up. The only reason I fit in the zeta set up is because my other skyline doesn't have a sunroof.

It should be very similar for an S13. I've driven and sat in a every type of S13 (240s, 180s, silvias) and as far as head room goes it's pretty much identical to my skyline.

I'm 6'5" and use a Recaro SPG Pole Position and the Buddy Club rails.

In a few weeks I'll be cutting out the factory catalytic converter hump and welding brackets directly to the floor.

If you are slim, I'd reccomend a Bride Zeta III Sport. And a set of Bride FG rails. I have an abnormally long torso, (sit as tall as someone 6'3"ish) and thats the combo I have, its the only one I can fit in with a helmet, and I have a motorized sunroof in my S14.

Bumping up this thread. I am 6'2 and I am trying to mount my corbeau forza sport seat. Nothing I do can make this seat sit low enough. I tried buddy club rails, a combination of buddy club/stock rails. Doesn't seem that it is possible for me to retain seat sliders. I have to mount the seat to the floor. But then I run into the problem of that stupid floor hump that s14's have. Any one on here have pictures of custom bucket seats mounted to the floor with that floor hump flattened out?

Kind of like the orange s14 above but just a better pic of the drivers floor area and how the seat is mounted.

The difference must be in the seat. I'm 6'5" and I'm running a bottom mount recaro srd with a bride ultra low rail. I have at least a couple inches above my head still and have no problem fitting.
