S13 clutch problems..help please!!

I just installed brand new clutch, pressure plate, bearing, master and slave cyl. the other day.

The car ran perfectly fine for about two days, then the clutch pedal sank and didn't come back up while transitioning from fourth to fifth.

I looked under the car, and the slave cyl. barely touches the fork when the slave is fully extended.
The fork is pushed all the way back, and the slave's piston keeps popping out as it tries to push the fork.

I haven't pulled the tranny out yet, I'm trying to figure out what the problem is first.

any help/ideas greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

Clutch fork.... pivot... tb... sounds like you'll need to drop the tranny to tell exactly what the problem is.

You're gonna just have to drop the tranny. Probably any of the things mentioned... I agree mostly with the fork pivot ball being broken...

i pulled the boot off around the fork and the ball seems to be fine. the bearing slides back and forth, so i was guessing the fork too... we'll find out this weekend. I just don't have access to a garage and its kinda difficult to drop the tranny anytime of the day/week.

Thanks for all your input.
