If you paid through paypal file a claim through them. Paypal has always handled matters well in my experience.

Please tell you you sent it in the exchange for goods and services. If you did, dispute your transaction and you'll get your cash. I sent a member on the forums 300 bucks. Realized he was an idiot and disputed it with paypal. Waited to last possible day but I got my cash back in the end.......

Maybe there should be some sort of Paypal/Sale tutorial in the Classified sections.
