S14 rear end wobble between 10-15 mph?

Okay, so I bought stance gr coils about 6 weeks ago and considerably lowered my car, I have been driving it since then with no adjustable camber or tow arms (I know, very bad)
Now that I got the money up, I ordered isis arms, but before they got a chance to get here, I noticed my rear end wobbles pretty considerably just between 10 and 15 mph, whether I am accelerating or just coasting.
My question is, is it just the toe? If so why hasn't it been doing this the whole time? Or is it something more detrimental like wheel bearing? There is no metal on metal noise whatsoever, I'm thinking possibly the toe eventually messed up some bushings in the rear subframe?
Parts should be here tomorrow so I would like to know so I can get it all fixed at once. Thanks in advance
