I'm having a problem with a code 11 but i know my CAS is fine. I was reading the FSM and came across what it suggests for a code 11 and says that you could have noise intrussion. When i was cutting all my wires to length, i noticed the MAFS, CAS, and i believe the Knock sensor all had a metal coating around the outside of the wire that grounded to the ECCS ground. I thought this might help to ground them from exterior sound but figured it wasn't a big deal. Could removing that shielded wire cause a problem? Don't as me why i removed it. When i got done taking it off, i kicked myself in the ass, just thought it would look cleaner.
