KA Clutch not engaging/disengaging

So I just replaced my stock clutch with an ACT street/strip and after bleeding the clutch the pedal is very stiff and doesnt feel right at all. Almost feels like its bottoming out... I tried adjusting the pedal and it didnt help at all. The pedal feels more like a brake pedal than a clutch and it wont shift into gear. I am completely stumped and I need my car for work I don't know what to do.

Oh and I bypassed the damper box already. And replaced the slave cylinder and the master is obviously working because the clutch fork is traveling and moving the throwout bearing.
