Ati crank damper/pulley with voltage issues

Hows it going. So ive had this s13 for quite some time and i very very rarely drive it. It has a sr20det redtop. I have fixed alot of things from previous owner.
So this motor has one of those ati dampers and has a oem alternator and p/s pulley. All the woring and grounds are correct. Now when i do a wot pull the voltage drops and the check bulb light comes on the dash and will stay on for a few mins till it recharges its self. The alternator produces good voltage and is new.. has any one else run into this problem? If so what would be the fix?
Thanks!

If its got a stand alone computer, they can be configured to shut off the alt during WOT.

If the ecu is stock, it sounds like a bad alternator, if the wiring is correct.

A few minutes of low voltage does not mean "recharges" itself. The alt is either not generating voltage, or the diode trio is leaking A/C current, in order to turn on the bulb in the dash. If it were a brand new alternator I would instantly suspect it, because they seem to all have some kind of problem (new ones). If it is an aged, used, crusty OEM alternator, I would more likely suspect the wiring, and may replace the bulb with a resistor to the battery directly to hold the alternator on all the time for diagnosis.

Its a oem ecu with jwt chip/tuned to mods. I have 3 other alternators that i swapped out and also show the same voltage. All 3 alts tested good and show correct voltage as i used a volt meter at the wires going from the alt. But i belive i figured out this voltage dropping issue. I researched ati and i found out that they come with a complete diffrent sizing full pulley kit. So i will buy a alt pulley the size of 1.79 in diameter and see what happens.. on the diode trio..where is that located?
And all wiring is correct
