Vacuum/pressure routing
Any advice on how to route everything?
I have an aem tru boost guage, tial external waste gate, synapse synchronic bov. Was trying to use this as a reference. I have everything routed in the first picture. Just need to get a boost only source for the bov. I doubt I can tee off the line on the compressor since it shouldn't be teed to the wastegate. uploadfromtaptalk1460908618179.jpguploadfromtaptalk1460908649738.jpg Sent from my SM-N920T using Tapatalk Last edited by coolshirtrobert; 04-17-2016 at 10:33 AM.. |

One of the bottom ports on an SR Throttle Body is boost only. It is before the throttle plate. Not sure what motor you got...

Freddy intake manifold only has 2 ports before the throttle body. Bottom left is teed off to my tru boost guage and synapse synchronic bov. Bottom right is routed to the aeromotive fpr.

I have used that for a boost source before and had no issues at 16psi. I tapped the 90* coupler coming off my turbo and it worked fine. For what its worth, I have my FPR + Boost Gauge + MAP Sensor Tee'd and my BOV had nothing Tee'd off of it. I understand some folks say don't Tee your FPR, etc..etc..but when I bought my MS3, it calls for Tee'ing off the FPR. These sources are after the throttle body so to speak...they see manifold pressure, which is both vacuum and boost. |

May have to stop by frsport tomorrow. Gonna route everything the way you have it and see if it works from there. Thanks bro. 👍👍
