KA-T downpipe?

I have a circuit sports down pipe like the one pictured below from my old sr20det setup. I keep hearing something about sr downpipes not working on ka-t set-ups. Im using a bottom mount t-2 flange manni and a 2871r turbo. I just wanted to make sure that this downpipe would fit. This is on an s14 btw... not sure if that matters.

i have a ebay elbow and titan motor sport SR downpipe and i dont really have any clearance issues, it just sits like snug with the bottom of the car. it might tap the bottom ocasionally but thats it

Okay to add to this question... is anyone using nismo mounts while saying their downpipe does/does not fit? i know using a nismo mount compared to a stock 20 year old one will bring the engine up in height a bit
