SOHC misfire issue

Alright so I've got a A/T SOHC S13 and after the car has been sitting for awhile (around 5 hours) if you get in and start it you have to give it gas or it stalls. It also has a misfire in drive at idle if you put the car in park or neutral it seems to mostly go away. The car has these new parts

-fuel filter
-wires
-cap
-plugs
-rotor
-PCV valve
-O2 sensor
-fresh oil and air filter

I also ran some injector cleaner though it to see if that would help but no luck. Has anybody had the same issue? I'm thinking of trying a fuel pump and maf next but I don't want to waste my money cause I'm broke as shit.

Have you tried the temp.sensor for the ECU? Like $18 at Autozone. Mine was the exact same symptoms then gradually got worse until it started dying on me. It would start after 5 minutes of cooling down though. Auto SOHC also. Your MAF might also be dirty.
