Help wanted here....

Hi, everyone....

The following is to address a matter concerning a friend of mine in another forum in Puerto Rico. He has an S13 to which he recently installed a set of 16x8" wheels, 0 offset, as part of some upgrades for a drift event that will take place soon in the Island. The next step he took was upgrading the front brakes with a set of Z32 calipers, however, upon finishing the job he saw that the calipers did not clear the wheel spokes. He temporarily remedied this by altering the camber angle in favor of not putting a set of 1/2" wheel spacers that would make the wheels stick out of the fender wells in a ridiculous way. What he needs to know is what does he need to do to solve that caliper clearance issue. Thanks in advance! Be well....

The only solution I can see is get new rims.

You can try to shim down the lettering on the calipers but from what I'm gathering, that still sounds like it would be far from helping.

Or you can just use the spacers and roll the fenders. There isn't exactly much that can be done.
