Help!

I have a series 2 rb25det in my s14 and these lines run to my charcoal can and sinch i'm not usin it, i plugged them up. The one under the itm (2nd pic) wen plugged, my car idles real low and wants to die. When i leave it open it runs better.
Also i'm runnin open turbo elbow right now till my exhaust gets here could that be y?

Just plug it up, and turn your idle up with the idle air control valve, or throttle body.

Yes Adjust the Idle air control valve when u tighten it rpm goes down, loosen it rpm goes up
