running my vacuum oddity?

Ok when I bought my 240sx with the sr it had the wastegate teed off to the BOV whic was getting vacuum from the manifold and was running great!

I decided to run seperate vacuum sources where the BOV is running off the manifold vacuum by itself and the wastegate is running to a nipple that was threaded into the intercooler piping right by the turbo by itself,Well now it seems like it lags at higher rpm? I checked and double checked for leaks but nothings leaking plus boost is reading normal?,Should I just tee back to how I got the car with the BOV and wastegate teed off using the manifold vacuum for both since it runs better that way???Let me know whats up thanks.

Thats what I really want to do especially since thats less vacuum line to worry about leaks but Ive heard that rumming a tee to your bov and wastegate isnt a good idea?If its ok to do this I'd be more then happy to go back to that setup since it made my car perform better.

You meant you ran the wastegate to the hotpipe, right?

That's how I am running my car right now with no issues. BOV straight line to the FPR, wastegate to hotpipe, and boost gauge/EBC/standalone tee'd off to the FPR.
