18x13 +7 on an s13?

Has anyone ever seen or put this size wheel on an s13? If so what size overfenders were used? Pictures would be great but any info will help

You would need 50mm overfenders and then the rim of the wheel would extend an extra 4mm outside the fender.

You might have to run a spacer to clear the coilover because that offset seems way too high for such a wide wheel.

Yeah, my friend has 18X13 -3s on the back with -6.5 deg of camber with a 265/35 and 50mm overs and we had to hammer in the rear body for clearance and turn the spring so the wheel would be spinning in-between the coils.
