SR20 passing PA inspection?
The county I live in (Butler, PA) doesnt test for emissions. Would an SR pass inspection do you think?

i dont know because i work with a guy who lives in pa and he was tellin me how they are strick with that shit. but like adam said, if you know someone then you can get away with it.
like here in md with me gettin mine to pass emissions i had gone to one down the street from me and they looked my car up and down and failed me 3 times. i went 20 minutes away and they passed me with out even looken at the car. all depends.

Best bet is to buy and extra cluster and swap it in every yr just before inspections time. This will make it look like you drive less then 5000 miles a yr making your car exempt for emissions.
