I went on vacation with the family about 3 years ago and we hit and peecock on the way home...it destroyed our whiper blade on our van. Funny thing is that the damn bird got up and ran off.

Luckily I haven't hit anything in my S14 yet....... But I hit a large brick in my 91 Acura Legend. I destroyed a Tenzo R 18", and a Yokohama tire.

While riding in my brother's S10 Extreme on a local turnpike, we hit a black (we think, there wasn't much left) large breed dog doing about 120 mph. The dog kinda exploded. There was extensive damage to the truck, and it was eventually totalled out. We spent 45 min picking up pieces of his truck and putting them in the bed of the truck. Luckily, the turnpikes are state funded and there were plenty of highway patrol around to help out.

Not quite an "I hit something on the road" story.. but still. Here goes.
I was driving my Fiero down to Sarasota, with my girlfriend in her z31 following me. After a 2 minute drive, I'm on I-75, and I see a semi-truck swerve. So I look at the side of the truck, and there is something eye-level with me as I sat in the fiero. So I got the hell out of the way. My girl was being blonde and singing and had to do a panic swerve to miss the large object. I drive by, and see it's a crazy hunk of steel. An anvil, shaped like an hourglass. So my girl is on the side of the road, and in the rear-view I see a Jeep Cherokee comming. The wife (or whatever) points at the road. The guy's eyes widen and his mouth opened WAY up. KABLAM! Sparks flying, loud screeching noise, airbags blow at 70 miles an hour, Jeep props up and swerves into the wall. I look at Brandi and she's laughing her ass off in the z31, and I'm laughing my ass off in the fiero. Kinda her fault they hit it, but it was so damn funny.

134, 5, 210. yep make sure to keep your eye out. Ive managed to dodge many things on those fwys. Blew out my front Tie rods & Tension rods on my first s14 one night - 4x4s fell out of truck in front of me.

My roommate hit a Brand new, still in the box, Maytag washing machine. Not too terribly hard. It was at night, and he saw it in time, and swerved, but it hit the passenger door (where I was sitting) and put a huge dent in the door. We figured it came off a delivery truck or something.

that's the weirdest thing.

I don't think a chevy extreme would do 120.
and since I posted last in this thread, I hit a bag of garbage that fell of a semi truck in front of me around Texarkana... pulled over but everything was fine.
