Fuel pressure issues

Ok so I'm starting to get very very upset. I have a s13 chassis with an s13 sr20det swap. wiring specialties harness, GReddyt intake manifold and cold pipe, isis FMIC, HKS BOV, Autometer fuel pressure and boost/vac, and AEM wideband. The issue i'm having only started after I hooked up the vacuum to the FPR. Before I ever hooked up a vacuum line the car ran like a scalded ass ape. 10 PSI of boost, 20 enough vac under idle. Hooked up vacuum and put in a Aeromotive 11140 90 psi 340 LPH fuel pump. After this I started having fuel issues where as I get to 0 on the boost gauge , my fuel pressure falls flat from 42 to below 20 and the car starts to sputter. I removed the fuel pump and went back to the stock KA and still having the same issue. Removed the vacuum and still having the same issue. I'm needing some help.
