What are these gauges made of?

I'm looking at ideas for custom clusters I'm wanting to make for my car and I cam across this site.

I absolutely love how they have the fuel gauge illuminated and see through like that.

Anyone know what material that is and where I can get something like this made? Or where I can get the material to make them? And I am only taking about the lights and gauges on the sides no the entire cluster itself.

Thanks for the response I honestly didn't realize that was Lexan glass. Anyone know how the text was etched or printed on there?
