s13 S13 Engine to Dash Harness

I recently bought a 93 hatch shell.. It had no engine harness so I bought one which is the KA24DE. I'm trying to see if anyone can visually show me where the connector inside of the car (dash harness) connects to the one thats coming from outside the engine bay... I can't seem to find it under the passenger side glove compartment.. Is that where I should be looking in the first place?

The dash connector is by the passenger side kick panel. right on top of where the ECU is mounted.

The connector itself is tucked up a bit higher from there. You'll see it from the glove box.

And this connector should be female right? I haven't thoroughly looked at the engine harness but I'm guessing its a green looking male connector... and the dash should be female?

I believe it is a female connector.. it should either by brown or white if I remember correctly from my KA-E to KA-DE swap. Since you have a '93, I believe you have a white connector.

So I'm looking at the engine harness thats still out the car.. and I can't seem to even find the connector that should be connecting with the one in the dash.. is it just me or my harness is missing it... I think the green plug is just a diode?.. I didn't think that would be the connector.. -_-

That's cause the plug your looking for is non existent on that harness you have. All those cut wires at the ecu plug are probably it. It stretches out from there for about a foot or so.

Oh and you should be looking for a "brown" plug.

Was it someone local? You should have noticed it was cut just from those wires. I believe I have a spare harness with the wires you need if you want to pick it up.
