Are TT Racing Silicone Radiator hoses any good?
Hi guys,
I've searched and found nothing, has anyone tried TT Racing silicone radiator hoses? Asked a shop for Samco but they got some TT Racing ones in and from what I've found I can only really see them being sold on ebay. Am I wrong in thinking these as cheap crappy hoses or are they decent? I have a s14 200sx (240sx if your not in Australia) SR20DET. Any advise is appreciated. |

$110 aus, Samco ones are $170.
Its not the price I'm worried about, if they are good quality than that's fine, just don't want to risk my freshly built engine on crap hoses. Here's my engine build here: http://forums.mightycarmods.com/show...SR20VET-NeoVVL |

Damn man, looks awesome. I'd say considering what you've already put into it, you might as well go with the sure thing and get the Samco hoses. While the TT Racing stuff might be decent, an ebay seller is much less likely to stand behind the product than an actual company.

silicone hoses to me are all the same, but basically i look for ply, resistance and burst rating. I don't care which/who's logo is painted on it. Other than that, i just the feel hose.
So probably no help if you need to be told they're good, but you should be able to handle this no? Then tweet us pics of them, like its your lunch!

I don't think these will come with a burst rating, just in a plastic bag. I'll have to just have a look at the ply and feel myself. Was hoping someone here might have tried them before and could vouch or not. Thanks cotbu |
