rb25det s14 turbo elbow help
Hello,
I have zero lift mounts I had the stock turbo elbow and it cleared the steering shaft just barely.. I then bought: Turbo Dump Pipe Screamer - Nissan 240SX RB25 Swap | AM Performance and the pipe does not fit between the trans mount and the shaft, at all, I removed the studs and cant get it in to go on. My question is, what turbo elbow option should I go with? Modify the stock one to clear the shaft until I eventually go topmount and need a new DP made anyway. (a year or so from now) or, Syko elbow work with my mounts? any other brand? Thanks!

If you're planning on going top mount eventually, why waste money on a Syko Mount kit. One of the things that makes it so expensive is the damn elbow, that you wont need when you go top mount.

The syko turbo elbow arrived!
It came with all new mounting hardware that makes installation much easier It best of all... CLEARS THE SHAFT So that's a big win! Also the flanges are much thicker than the AMperformance elbow. Shipped immediately and packaged excellent. Excited to drive in a couple months haha As for price, I believe it was 225 shipped? I don't remember but It solved my issue so I'm just very excited and it was worth it.. Plus the 2 arp fasteners and new hardware is just nice to have included
