S13 KA Into S14 Swap Problems…Iffy Throttle, No Electronics??

Finished swapping my old KA out of my S14 for a lower mileage, actual running KA out of a S13, got everything hooked up and now I've run into a few problems.

Problem #1 is my electronics issue. Everything electronic worked before I did the swap, even my power mirrors and windows. Car starts up and runs fine…kinda. Did the timing by ear so that's probably a tiny bit off and it sounds like there's a misfire (but at least there's no rod knock like my other one). But anyways, I start it up and have no electronics whatsoever but my headlights. I pulled all my fuses, didn't blow any of those. Made sure every ground was hooked up, etc. Video below shows what i'm talking about.

Problem #2 is my throttle. Car runs and drives but anything past 2k-ish rpm is very sluggish. Literally I put my foot down in 1st or 2nd gear and all it does is make a little more noise, no instant throttle response like there should be. Thinking it may be the TPS since its a S13 KA but a S14 harness? Maybe? Also my diff is crap. PO said he used to drift it but it is an OPEN diff so thats probably messed up. Picked up a new one from a Zilvia member yesterday and I will be swapping that in eventually but I didn't know if that had anything to do with it.

How do I make all of these work again? Any help is greatly appreciated!

not too sure on my reply but from what i understand is, did you use all the bolt-ons from the s14 ka on the s13 ka? i was told all you need to do is swap all the bolt-ons from the s14 long block over to the s13 long block and it should be fine since the long blocks are the same.

Yeah. I swapped my intake manifold, exhaust manifold and intake over from my S14 KA to my S13 KA. That's what I read too and I thought it should be pretty straight forward, but now this… I deleted the A/C but I doubt that makes a difference.

All the car does is start, run, idle and run the headlights. After I give it some revs it starts to lope like an old camaro and sounds cammed…

Things that don't work: power windows, power mirrors, radio, speedo, tach, temp gauge, cluster lights, blinkers, hazards, reverse lights, literally every thing powered by electronics besides headlights and horn.

ok and everything worked before you swapped anything rite? what i can think of is go back and check all your plugs for your temp, tach, speedo, you are using the s14 engine harness still rite, and dizzy? im trying to narrow shit down for you uhhh check all your fuses and connections wiring wise, it could end up being something dumb and simple ive had that happen, lol.

if anybody else can help please do so, i see alot of views but no input, lets help out our fellow 240sx owners!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, everything used to work before the swap. Using the S14 harness and dizzy, too. Checked all fuses and didn't blow any, haven't checked resistors yet... I'm worried it is something dumb that'll take me forever to find haha. Here are some engine bay shots if that helps at all. The plug I'm holding I couldn't find a plug for...checked my friends S14, same year and everything, and couldn't pinpoint it either. Yeah thanks man I guess I'll just keep checking and re-checking everything. Any other insight from anyone else who this has happened to or whatever would be greatly appreciated as well!

I think I found the issue! After a little more careful searching I found that the dreaded 75A fuse was blown… really hard to tell by just glancing at it. But I ordered another one and I'll follow up with what happens when I get it in the mail and in the car
