Having problems starting

Recently got a 1995 240sx with an sr20det and it would start fine. Recently the car sometimes started after playing with the fans, ignition, and the clutch for a bit. Now doesn't seem to start. We let the battery charge up and it started which might be coincidence as we took it to autozone and they said the battery was good. What could be the problem? Would like to get this 240 back on the road as soon as possible! I can provide a video if anyone would like.

Sounds like a grounding issue

Does it turn over each time you try to start it, or is the issue that it won't even turn over?

Yes it turns over most of the time. After trying a couple of times it won't turn over until I turn the car off.

I'm confused.

So the starter cranks sometimes, but sometimes it won't? Are you sure this is a good battery? Can you test your car with another battery?
