s13 No power any where

Well like the titles says i have no power going to anything. i was changing my battery terminal clamps, whatever they are called. so while doing this i was really careful to not let the cables touch anything so i went on got it all nice and tight and got inside the car and there was no power to anything everything was off as if i never installed a battery. so the first thing i went to check out was if i had volts and yes i did 12.56 from battery i checked the cables next same thing 12v so i got the clamp on right next i went to the alternator fuse and it looks fine so i took it of and to see if anything was wrong and there isn't anything. now what do i do i'm lost and confused on what to do. help

The fuse u are checking is it a 75 amp??? It has to be a fuse... If not. Check ur grounds. A bad one should cause it to not start...
