power window problems

I am about to put some manual doors on that I have laying around but it seems like too much of a hassle since the doors are white with pin stripes and my current ones are green but I just replaced my power window track and all over a month ago and the cable just broke then I went to a junk yard to get another track but someone was there getting exactly what I needed from the only 240 there so I figured to just put the manual doors on but I don't wanna have to spray bomb my whole car with primer since I don't have the money to paint it yet and on the other side if I wait on getting another track I dread having more problems with the darn thing. So I'm just wondering what all of your opinions are on this, should I try to make it work and worry about it or just switch doors? Thanks guys
