Crank & rod bearings wear

Greetings.

Can someone advise me in regard to wearout of these bearings?

Common sight:

Bearings of 1-4 cylinders, left to right:

Why are there worn areas near the edges of bearings?

This scratch on the rod bearing of 4th cylinder can be felt by fingernail.

Can I leave these bearings or I should replace them?

I'd say worn more on the sides means crank walk, not enough oil pressure, and/or crank journals with uneven surface. Can't say much more tbh.
