So I finally saw this before I order at intense power... I literally called almost everyday for the past 2 week, and no one damn answer their phone. I even emailed them alot even to the manager and OWNER! Lucky, I have friends that live 15 min away from there HQ. He came in and talked to them and gave BS excuse about phone being down, etc, but still not excuse for not having a phone answer or even checking their email. I'm on my 2nd month of waiting.

What's funny is that I order a different origin fenders from phase 2 motor trend almost 4 days later, and got their fenders like a few days ago, and i still haven't gotten my rear one from intense with no words on whats the progress is.

This is just the most horrible experience with them and horrible business ethics.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM INTENSE. Hit phase2motortrend or frsports.

Just bumping this. These guys are still assholes. They stole $500+ from me, no emails, no communication beyond the usual "ohhh we're shipping soon." That was last year.

I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from these clowns, not to mention an entire car. It's probably loaded with stolen parts anyways.

This business sucks! I ordered a bubble shift knob and they sent me one more than 3 weeks later and it wasnt the one that I ordered. In addition, the packaging the shift knob was in was messed up/

File a formal complaint to your local Attorney General's Office, Department of Corporations, Better Business Bureau, and just spread to word on the many plagiarizing tumblr/blogs out their. Go on Yelp and share your experience with other people. Actual reviews and feedback can be very effective in spreading the truth.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the responses. I bookmarked a product I planned to order from Intense ($500+ item) and decided to do a quick google search this evening as Ive never purchased anything through them before. I read through most replies and while there were some issues beyond their control (manufacturer QA stuff) their inability to improve customer service since 2009 is worrisome. I will be looking to make my purchase elsewhere.

This is my first and last experience with intense. Pete is truely an arrogant prick. how would you guys feel if you paid Intense 7,000$ and THEY ordered a motor for you from a shop out of state, did not test it before they installed it, and now that the motor is blown, they still want to be compensated for the labor to install and uninstall that motor which is about $ 2300. Is that professional? Are those good business ethics? A shop can't take the time to leak down and compression test a motor before they install it? Also the shop out of state does not want to pay for the labor but they are willing to refund the full amount as well as the shipping back.

This was the first time Intense did a motor swap on an evo 8. How do I know they didn't skip timing? All sorts of questions pop up but nope, intense just wants their money! Its funny that they cashed my check before motor arrived or installation of it.

Truely shady.

Intense really is the worst shop ever. They are only a few miles from me and claim to have rare stuff like Dmax floor mats and Cwest spoiler (I doubt they really do) but I refuse to support them.. Surprised they are still around.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of them? I ordered Rocket Bunny fenders from them over a month ago and still haven't even received a tracking number. The phone number on their website is now disconnected and every single email address on it doesn't work.

I'm not the type to sit back and let someone take $500 from me.

There is NO way to get in contact with them. You have to be the 1132543 person this happens to. Take it up with your credit card company for a charge back, cross your fingers and hope for the best. Other then that your shit out of luck.

Damn wish I wouldve read this before I bought a clutch from them. Well ill let you guys know how it goes. I called them no answer left a voicemail they called back in 10 minutes told me the clutch is back orderd a few days and i should be getting it firat week of december wich is kinda long I ordered it yesterday novmber 20th but thanks giving is comin up so its understandable hope all goes well ill keep you zilvians posted

No way dude!! If you want that clutch before 2014 id cancle that order right now. Thats wjat they tell everyone. But they probably wont answer your call ever again so you might be screwed till they finally decide to send it. Sorry man :/

Called 5 times they don't answer anymore haha just my luck. Guess Im shit out of luck now. Well I can't say fuck intense power yet but come december if I don't have my clutch ill let u guys know of I could go back I wouldn't have ordered a clutxh from a place that doesn't even answer they're phone calls and have a dead email. Intense claims they are just busy I hope that's the case we will see

Sorty to hear that man :\ but yah they probably wont answer again. Best bet might be to try them during their busness hours from a phone with a different area code and then cancel that shit and never ever deal with them again. I can almost guarantee you they wont ship that thing anywhere near the first of december. I just hope you dont need the clutch imediately. Id say just order one from a different company and cancel it later but then you will probably end up having to pay for it anyways. Best of luck dude.

The way they talk to you on the phone is to let u call and leave a voicemail they see what u want first then they decide if they wana call you back or not. real shady system but fuck what can I do I've called 10 times left a few voicmails not a single call back. And my clutch started slippimg last week in my daily its an sr and it just started raining this sucks :/

Not really as they might have different labels for different parts of the business so if one part of it fails or defaults the other can keep running. It appears as the re seller part is the crooked part while the mechanic side is a little better but nothing to advise. Stay far away! Shocked they are still doing this as this has been common since at least 2008 or so!

Glad this thread is still alive and sad to see they are still not a good company to deal with. In the past, it took me 6 months to get a manifold I ordered. Once I got it in, it was a t3 manifold and not a t4. Sent it back and took another 3 months to get the correct one. In their defense, yes they do use different names when making products but that manifold was sexy as shit. The welds were beautiful and everything lined up perfect. Product wise it was a solid 10, customer service though...awful. I was told when I ordered it, it would take a month. Was given the run around for 6 months and then had the wrong manifold sent to me.

FRsport is super legit I must have spent 3k with them over 4 months and not one problem at all. Was even sent a discount! They have A1 service!
