And why was Tony Parker on the bench during the last play where Spurs could tie. Instead Manu got the ball, got in the air, and turned it over? I know they shut down Parker and he's possibly playing with a small tear, but I rather have it in his hands than Manu.
You don't take a key player out solely because of a slump. Takes from their confidence in their abilities and as a coach, you're supposed to help enhance their game not discourage them--example: Kawhi Leonard and JaVale McGee. And if you do so, you better put somebody in that will get the job done. Both Neal and Green were playing poorly. The defense on both of them was spot on and it was just as suffocating for the rest of the team as well.

Diaw on the other hand isn't so much an offensive threat and with Miami locking down their D towards the 3rd, you can't really utilize his passing ability.

Tony Parker was sitting due to fatigue and his inability to lose Lebron at that point in the game.

Pop lives and dies by Ginobli. He's taken out Parker when he's in a slump and he's benched Duncan. But when it comes to Ginobli, he'll live with whatever happens. He probably should change this strategy though because Ginobli's age has and has been a hindrance when it counts.

Still a better coach than D'Antoni though. Ugh.

It's looking like Greg Oden is fully healthy and wants to come to the Heat. From what his agent said, he's good to go and the Heat are ready to sign him when FA begins. If he is able to stay healthy and give Miami atleast 80% of what his potential was back in 09', I'm alot more confident in a 3peat. The only thing that stops him from going to Miami is another team overpaying him just to keep him away. 7' 285lbs great defender and has an okay back to the basket game. Bosh would move back to the PF spot. I get goose bumps thinking of the possibilities

Most the Heat can give him is the $3M Tax-level which is pretty damn good for a guy that hasn't played in almost 4 years. But I think the Heat will try to get him for the minimum.
