HELP: What bulbs to replace Silvia front end dual projector HID headlights?

Hello all!

This is my first post, I just bought a new (to me, haha) 240sx -- S13 with Silvia Front-End Conversion. The mod list on the car says "Silvia front end conversion with dual projector headlights and HID". Here's a pic of the front end of the car:

Right now, on the drivers side, the low beam bulb is out. I need to replace it. After some googling, and a visit to Autozone which got me nothing, I found this page:

HID Accessories Parts and Wiring Nissan S13 Silvia HID Bulbs

I figure I'll go ahead and buy a pair of replacement bulbs in case/for when the other one goes out -- but which ones do I get? I've never had HID light, why so many options, lol?

There's:

-- D2S/D2R Pair
-- D4S/D4R Pair
-- Philips D4R OEM
-- Philips D4S OEM

From my googling last night, it seems like people say the OEM bulbs are the better ones? But which ones go in my car? D2s or D2R?

Finally, anyone got a write up on how to change these bulbs? They seem to be different than changing regular bulbs.

Sorry for all the newb questions -- my first post

Thanks for any help in advance!
Caleb

P.s. I used the search but couldn't find anything. Thanks!
