I have been noticing my air conditioning taking more out of my car lately, with the summers in texas windows down is not an option. car is 6 years old with 88k on it. the a.c. works fine just kills my performance. anything i can do to improve this? i already have the underdrive pulley.

Cosider a Oil Cooler or other ways to keep the car cool. Aluminum Radiator. If you live in TX then days can get to 110+ degrees. The car is running hotter and since it is then it dosent performe as well.
Make a custom fabricated sheild to block the engine heat from your intake. Also try to route some of the normal air into the engine bay from your drivers side front air dam. 240sx.org has a few installs on this I think. |
