<a href="http://homepage.mac.com/staticzero/.Movies/Incar240.mpg
This" target="_blank">http://homepage.mac.com/staticzero/.Movies/Incar240.mpg This</a> car is an S-14 with a built KA turbo and NOS, drag radial tires, no LSD. Notice the extremely slow shift from 3rd to 4th possibly a 10 second pass with quicker shifting. This may help some decide to stick with the displacement of the KA. This car is making over 500 HP at the wheels. |

clicking on the link should open your windows media player and it should begin to download. If not have you tried to right click on it and save? Try that or visit freshalloy.com or 240sx.org both have threads with links to the video, anyways if you dont get to see it, it runs 11.1 @ 129 mph with very slow shifting.

SICK!! I've never seen a 240sx run that fast, and a KA too! #### yeah, representin the KA!
Mark, I think the wing is Bomex, or it looks like it. I heard of another KA turbo running mid-10's or something, in Cali. But again, with faster shifting, gutted interior, slicks and light wheels, this will run low 10s for sure! |

I'm sure you know...
Steve Kovacs has a 11-second KA with a huge shot of nitrous, but the only difference is that he is running on stock internals! When he gets done with his new engine (14:1 compression on methanol) he'd be in the 10's or higher. |

Mike, when your 240 has 500 horsepower to the rear wheels, it's hard NOT to spin tires and stay in the same place for a long time.

I'm new, so I hope to get away with this question. How the heck does he spin his rear tires without moving at all for such a long time? HOW does he do that? </td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'> Note: He was using Racing Slicks as well. All you have to do is dump the clutch and hold the front brake and you can waste your ties too. They do this to warm up the tires so they stick more. If you had as much power as that 240 then it isnt to hard... even with racing slicks. |

WeST, that's a Bomex wing.
I think Duy's running on stock internals also, and his best was a 10.83 @131 mph... check it at www.houston-imports.com/duy.html (Edited by Freak Leash 240 at 12:57 pm on Oct. 3, 2001) |

Because I am in my Business computing III course at a local college right now. You are preventing me from falling off my chair and into a full snore on the floor.
I'm just a sarcastic mother f*cker. Don't take it personally, I enjoy chating with you. And yes, I'm in class right now. |
