I just installed mine and was very happy with the improvement. It defiantly increased power and the spool felt noticeable quicker. The biggest difference I noticed was how much stronger the turbo felt as it was coming in. The gears seemed to be shorter as it was getting through the RPM range faster. Of course I was running 16 pounds of boost during testing.

Also the outside diameter is 90mm but I believe the inner diameter is actually 80mm. it takes a 3.5" coupler. Id love to do a dyno test before and after when my cars finished |

the fact that it spins the air isn't much of a help at this point. But adding a venturi effect will help slightly as this seems to do. But gains will be minimal.

Depending on everyone's expectation what is minimal for a gain on a product that's sub $100.00 mod:
+3-4rwhp on Honda Fit (1.5L) +8-9rwhp on S13 SR with T25 @ 8psi +11-12rwhp on S13 SR with Tomei ARMS @ 18psi +3rwhp on non-turbo KA24 with intake +5-8rwhp on non-turbo BRZ / FRS (from 2 diff cars) +5rwhp on turbo BRZ (Greddy turbo kit) One has to install one to realize the gain and improvement in driveability improvements since words can't describe it fully.

Bump for a great thread.
would like to share the dyno testing we've done today on a 2010 Infiniti G37 Sedan with automatic transmission. Although prior we had done testing already in a 6 speed G37 coupe, we still put in the effort to test all different type of setups for the same car as we are curious to see the result as much as you are. Test car was equipped with Takeda cold air intake system and with a straight pipe on stock exhaust (okay let's not question why he choose to remain stock exhaust with a straight pipe but we respect what everyone wish to do to their cars). Weather in SoCal is pretty hot lately , today is about high 90s and with low humidity. Ran car to operating temp and did 3 base run back to back to get 3 good pull on dyno graph prior ring installation. Let the car cool down a bit and not to burn our hands off while taking off the intake pipe, we installed the Energy Halo into the throttle body: After installation, ran the car up to operating temp and we did 3 back to back run with Energy Halo installed. Since Dynapak software we are not able to interpolate an average curve of each sesson's 3 run, we left to pick 2 of the best run from each of the base run and after ring run, and here's the dyno graph: We shaded the region of improvement in areas for the torque and horsepower curve so it's easier to see the improvements after the ring install. Again we stress the importance that the main feature of the Energy Halo is not only to make power but to increase and improve upon the power your engine is already making. Keep in mind dyno can only be done under WOT (Wide Open Throttle), the part throttle response and torque increase can not be shown in a dyno graph but only you can when you drive the car and you will realize the car reacts much differently than what you were used to. I know some of you have high expectations but don't expect to have a turbo or supercharged experience with this product, because it will not give you that feeling you are looking for at this price point. For a bigger picture of the dynograph, one can go here on our website and click on the photos to explode the view: http://www.phase2motortrend.com/prod...nrr35-gm-2.htm We also did a quick video in setting up the car on the dyno with a test run video in our Youtube channel: https://youtu.be/ms5DQiVfXx8

So I ordered my Energy Halo recently so I could use it for a trackday at Auto Club Speedway, and just like it has been said it took me less than 10 minutes to install om my stockish KA24DE. While at the track power gains on the car weren't very noticeable, since the dyno says its only adding like 3 hp. I did notice power felt smoother on the topend.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the product. Just keep in mind the Energy Halo will work with whatever mods you plan to put on the car whether you will go with NA or forced induction, the money is not wasted and product can adapt to your new mods.

We are currently also locating a turbocharged KA24DE to run dyno as well, will post the result after we are finished.

Plug for a good thread:
Another P2M Energy Halo dyno day success today (10/6/15) on 2015 Subaru BRZ: AFE dry drop in filter Open flash header Open flash table with off shelf e85 gas tune Stock exhaust On average car made about +3ft lbs torque and +3rwhp across the entire rpm range, no drop in HP/Torque from his previous setup.
