KA car cranks but wont start!

so i turn the key . .when i get to last position that the key can sit at before turning the engine on i hear this weird clicking and a lil clunking . .then i turn it on and it cranks but doesnt start. . .! i:/ :angry7: . . its a ka24e

do the lights flicker?

could be a myriad of problems, start simple.

get the battery checked out, clean all terminals, check for burned or cut wires around the terminal.

check the starter/alternator

I agree with deuce, check out battery, connectors that connect to the solenoid, starter, and distributor.
