S13 with sr redtop voltage questions

Whats up zilvia i have a 92 240 with a redtop sr. My question to yall is how much voltage should the ecu be putting out?? I have a safc2 that is only hooked up to show voltage from the ecu. I am getting 12.4-6. If i turn my lights on i have 12.0-12.1 . My ecu is a redtop oem ecu that was tuned by jwt for supporting mods. I have checked all diagrams and traced and checked all the wires where they are connected. I got this car with the swap already done. When i traded for this car the voltage was showing 9.8-10.4. Turned out the 2 main plugs from the ka-sr harness was never rewired and just plugged in..after fixing that i did get more volts as stated above. The alternator is brand new and i also checked with 3 other alternators and still show the same volts out of the ecu as stated above. I have checked the voltage coming out of the alternator and its 14.7-9 or 15.2 i dont recall since i have done it a while ago. And yes i have searched and searched for many days and cant seem to figure this out. If any experts have any advice please tell me as im almost ready to have this car crushed at a local junk yard.
Thank you!!
