Anyone running a 9" wide +24 (or similar) wheel on an s14?

If so, any problems with your suspension setup? If Possible, post a picture.

I am assuming you are talking about mustang wheels, IIRC they come in 9" +24 and 10" +24. Might need like a 5-10mm spacer to clear some coilovers. Should sit fine in the fenders depending on camber.

Search for mustang wheels to see pics of fitment.

Youuuuu, you're good you!

Yes you are correct those are the correct sizes for the those Bulliitt wheels. I plan on running the 9" +24 all around though. The Bullitt wheels i've seen actually mounted on an s14 are from AznCmb but he's running the oem offset wheels which are +30. I spoke to him and he claims there should be enough space between his MR coilovers and a +24 offset wheel.

I'm just starting to get a grip on understanding coilovers and also relating the information I get off the offset calculator to the setup. But I don't know how to determine if they will clear the coilovers i'm considering without actually seeing them (KTS, MR, & Tein SS)

i want to see the billet wheel off the mustang too. i like the look not sure how it looks like on the 240sx. i see most people choose the cobra wheels, but different stroke for different folks.

18x9, +19s on mine. Clearance is fine everywhere. They're Volk CV Pros.

The Bullitt wheels won't clear Z32 brakes without a 5mm spacer, never tried them with coilovers though.

I won't have to worry about that, i'm still using stock brakes. They are sufficient enough for me at this point.

I did eyeball that from the pictures I've seen and thought that they would clear z32 brakes... Guess I was wrong.

thanks!

Just got my r33's on 17x9 +30 with about an 8mm spacer on the front. Spacer was needed to clear coilovers, but I just need to take out my fender lining because its rubbing. Here's a few pics.

All comes down to a matter of opinion. I really like some of these Ford wheels, and for the sizing, it's kind of hard to beat the price on a brand new wheel.

The most important thing though is the fact that the roads in and around NYC are the worst i've ever seen (FL, LA, Vegas, San Fran, PA). The last thing I want to do is buy and wait 3-4 months for a set of expensive 57pro's (like I orignally wanted) only to seriously fuck them up driving on these roads.

Looks nice. No spacer in the rear though? The pictures are little dark, do you have any shots of the it in better lighting or during the day time? Just curious to see if I might need to roll my fenders or stretch my tires a tiny bit in the rear to get a 9" +24 wheel back there.

what kind of c/o's are you running?

I technically own 17x9 +22 front and rear on mine, if Rays would just get them to me. (been over 3 months)
Maybe I'll have pics for you soon, I have KTS coilovers and there's plenty of room to fit a 9" with a decent tire, I'll be running 245-40's all around on mine.

No spacers on the rear yet. I still have to order longer studs on the back, but I might have to roll the rear fender if the spacer goes on putting the back at a +22 offset and I'm running 235/45 series tires. The coilovers are megan racing by the way and I'll try to get some daytime pics for you soon.
