how to tell what head gasket i have

i have an s14 sr20det, perfect compression, im at like 290whp, how do i tell what kinda of head gasket i have? its got like 2 little metal nubs sticking out of the block, i will post a pic shortly. and what does stock look like?

if its metal with a little rivet in the middle its a Metal HG, OEM doesnt have these tabs.

Mine says cosworth sticking out the front but if you only have 2 nubs sticking out my best advice is to google pictures and compare if they stick out in the same spots and if the headgasket is silver or black. Other than that there's no real way unless you pull the head off.
