S13 DCC Issue
I did the s13 dcc conversion and have this one issue that is bothering me.
The fan will only come on full high. When its in mode 1,2,3 nothing comes on. When it hits 4 I hear the hi-relay click and the fans come on. I am stumped as I've went through 2 known working resistors and still no avail. I checked my voltage and resitance to the jdm diagnostics on the fsm and everything was correct. So confused.

Sure you're using the correct resistor? Also, if it is the correct one make certain it's not touching the metal pipe inside the blower.

I will probably double check it but I already grinded the Resistor. I'll try grinding it some more today and see what happens

I ended up taping that inner pipe to be certain. The full time on high sounds very familiar.
Should be able to test if you're getting power at the connector in the other 3 modes, could potentially be the unit.
