Can't get my s13 redtop sr20det to iddle..

Hey wuz up guys, I have this problem with my S13 red top sr20det the car has aftermarket intake manifold,880cc injectors, fuel rail and other goodies running Apexi Power FC....I can't get the motor to iddle if I rev the engine the engine stays on but as soon as i stop reving the engine, the engine dies on me..I've adjusted the TPS(.45v) cleaned the MAF sensor, cleaned IACV and played with the screw, and checked for vacuum leaks, played with the FPR and nothing any help is appreciated ...
