Have to press accelerator slowly or car bogs. Won't go past 70mph, showing 0 on O2

Hello all,
I have a 95 s14 and as the title says, if I try to give it gas quickly it will bog out, I have to give it gas slowly. I can get up to higher rpm but it just takes a little while. If I pull the throttle cable at the throttle body fast it kind of putters and then revs. It runs really rich, the whole back bumper turns black.

It sometimes seems to miss a bit after driving it a while and it gets hot, and I go to start it again, it will miss a bit and then be fine. I cant pass anyone really if I needed to, and have to make sure I have plenty of room to pull out on to the road because if I try to give it gas it just doesnt want to go.

If it does do that, I let off the throttle a little and then ease it back up, it will go.

I checked with my laptop and am getting 0 reading on my O2 sensor for some reason, I swapped it out, and even ran a jumper wire directly to that ECU pin to see, and still nothing. Strangely though, I ran seafoam through it once at the throttle body and then when you have to run it hardish to clear it out, it ran like a champ, but then went back to this same issue, even after new plugs and wires, cap rotor, got a different dizzy. Any Ideas?

Thanks,
