Turbo stopped spooling and drained battery

Here we go. Just picked up my black top sr20det '93 s13 240 last month, the head unit was pretty basic so I decided to swap it out and behind the dash was a massive rats nest of a wiring job so I decided clean it up a bit while I was back there. Finally got everything back together and the following day my turbo decided it wasn't going to spool. Later that day I was driving it to attempt to retune my boost controller since I figure it went back to factory setting when I disconnected the battery and that was the issue. Nothing seemed to make it better and my boost gauge would get to 0 and if I hit the gas it would sputter and buck until I let off and went back into negative vacuum. Few minutes later the car slowly lost power until it died driving down the road. Wouldn't even click when I tried to start it again but I still had accessory power (radio, headlights, etc, but these eventually died out as well). I Towed it back to the house and began troubleshooting and this is what I've done so far: used a set of jumper cables from my powerstroke (no lack of amps to test) and tried to crank. With key in on position, everything works. Try to crank.... Nothing. No click, no nothing. Fuel pump doesn't even whine like normal. At this point I checked all the fuses(I have yet to check the fusible links which I will do in the morning) and all of them were fine. So I removed the cables from my battery and with a voltmeter I watch volts quickly drop to .8v. So I figured bad battery. I unhooked the posts of the battery and ran the jumpers straight to the fuse box and negative to the chassis and the same issue happens. No crank, no start. It was also odd that I charged the battery out of vehicle and it holds the charge just fine. It was only for a few minutes but it stayed at 11.06v. Tomorrow I'm going to check the 5 wires under steering column and go from there. Does anyone have any other input? I could definitely use it. Thanks in advance. I'm probably missing something.... I need sleep.
