Mine only does that when my roommate rides in the car....kinda funny IMO,but sorry can't help you out. What year is it? I've seen a thing on the boards about nissan fixing the auto belts for free, but I could easily be wrong.

take it to dealer, they'll fix it for free since it's a safety issue,
but if you hate taking your car to a dealer, buy manual ones...
hate auto seatbelts...

yeah try to take off the auto seat belt and then put it back up... if it doesnt work and it is really broken then bring it back to the dealer, it should be free, worst case is then get manual seat belts or go to a junkyard

mine does this sometimes but i dont matter. I just unbuckle it and it works. sometimes it chokes my passenger which i feel bad, but hey, just as long as the driver is ok, then thats all good. jk. i take care of my passengers. i might take it to daland if its free and I got time.

10 years latter and Nissan will no longer do the repair. Two dealers I talked to said parts are no longer available and the vehicles are considered beyond mechanical use at this point.

Fixed.

Sorry for trolling.

I find it hard to believe that any vehicle that is still operable, beyond mechanical use. My personal opion.
